I'm sure this has been mentioned before but trying to search for it has been
mind-numbing. How do you configure Windows Explorer to open at My Computer?
 
just change view in MY Computer. It's they same thing.

MY Computer>view >explorer bar>folders

Put this in the target line for Windows Explorer.

EXPLORER.EXE /e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}
