Can anyone shed any light on why explorer.exe might be
using between 50%-60% on the processor when no applications
are running - I just have the desktop and task manager open.
With explorer using all these cycles, launching and
executing other applications takes significantly longer
than it should. I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
