explorer upgrade

I have downloaded latest version of Explorer and when it
tries to load I get a message that it had not passed the
XP logo testing! How is this possible seeing as I
downloaded it off the Micrsoft site?

After running this edit, rename the CatRoot2 folder (Windows\CatRoot2).
Then go to Start/Run, and type :
rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
