Explorer showing a same page always !!!

Hello all,
I just baught new Dell desktop. And i don tknow what i clicked on the
internet. My IE is just opening with the link
http://www.safetyuptodate.net/
I am not able to figur ei tout why is it doing so.. but its too
annoying. I have tried using 'use blank" always. But still its
overrides the option and opens with this page.
Can anybody help m ehow to remove this page.

hello,
i tried using some of the links,
but am not able to remove that page from my explorer..
is there any specifics which i need to follow...
 
When i just click the icon of IE ,
the same link is opened.
Adn when i try to change the use blank thing from internet options, and
open a new window of IE it just loads the same page.
I dont know how to remove thing ....

Can you help
