explorer screen vibrates?

%90 of the time when using explorer the screen vibrates? This is becoming a
real pain. I'm wondering if i have some sort of spy ware on my pc? Is there a
way of uninstalling and re-instlling explorer
Windows xp pro
microsoft onecare
amd x2
2gb ram

If you are using a CRT monitor, disconnect that nearby microwave oven.

....cheap "unshielded"speakers...

Is it only the "explorer" that "vibrates"? Or does it happen with the
display no matter what is being displayed? I am asking because I have
seen (a long time ago) a nearby table fan, and also a Constant Voltage
Transformer (that was before UPSs became available and affordable)
causing the display to "vibrate".

Had exactly the same problem once with an electric clock sitting too
close to my monitor. Moving the clock cured the problem instantly - no
recurrence.
