Explorer pops up 4 times after started with WindowsXP

When I started the PC with Windows XP, the Internet Explorer pops up
sequentially four times with a message of forbidden entry to a numeric named
web site. But I didn't put the IE at the startup.

Please let me know how I could get rid of the pop up.
