Explorer Not Refreshing

When I delete a folder or file or create a new folder Explorer
doesn't refresh. I need to close and reopen explorer to reflect
any changes.
Is there someway to fix this???

Not sure if this is why the Explorer is now refreshing ok.
But, in System form the Control Panel I turned off (unchecked)
'Allow remote assistance connections to this computer' Problem is
I can't duplicate the problem by re-enabling Remote Assistance.
In searching the internet for this I did find the exact symptoms but it
was for Windows XP SP2. I didn't follow up on it 'cause it was for XP.
