When trying use explorer, my computer, iexplore, etc the
following message appears.

"MICROSOFT VISIUAL C ++ RUNTIME LIBRARY

Buffer overrun detected

Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the
program's internal state. The program cannot safely
continue execution and must now be terminated."

I've noticed when booting to safe mode, explorer,
iexplore, etc. all work fine. I thought about removing
some apps to see if something was causing his error but
add/remove is not available in safe mode.

One, You're probably screwed.
B) You deleted something, you space hungry prick, or
3. You need toreconfigure your history, temp, temporary
internet files folder. If you increase the size of the
folder, you won't "overrun."

After researching, loaded and ran Spybot. Found and
fixed a number of files inserted by web site user at
accessed. Once Spybot "fixed" these files the problem was
resolved.
