When I boot up my computer, I constantly get the
following message: Explorer has encountered and error and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When I open the error report, it shows the following:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 03994248 (this changes).
In addition to the above, my Internet Explorer has a
tendency to fail with a similar message.
I looked thru the knowledge base and none of the posted
solution applys. I was hoping that someone could give me
a hand with this.
