explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close

The faulting module is ntdll.dll, this happens when looking at a video in the web,windows media player comes up and then i get prompt that says internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close, the error mentioned above,internet explorer goes to close but not fully and then returns. Only happens when i use windows media player to view streaming content. but not all the time. help
 
Have you tried downloading and re-installing Internet Explorer?

I have tried unistalling internet explorer, Does'nt work. And now I have this problem with Macromedia flash player!!! Plays for a little while and then shuts down in the same fashion as internet explorer. The error this time is flsh.ox. I have tried to uninstall this too( and reinstall of coarse) and I get the same problem. Plays for a little while and then shuts down!!!!!.
