If I edit pictures in a graphic editor and rotate them and then go view the
directory in Microsoft Explorer in Thumbnail mode the pictures are not
properly rotated with the Thumbnails. I click on REFRESH but the problem is
not fixed. Is there a cache of thumbnails that is causing this problem?
How can it be refreshed?

That's weird, I just tried it and it should definitely update.
When you view files using the thumbnail view in Explorer, it creates a
hidden system file called 'Thumbs.db'. See if deleting that will do the
trick - when you view the folder again, it will generate a new Thumbs.db if
that folder has not yet got one.
