explorer.exe

when I am in explorer looking for files or doing a search, explore fails (no message) and all the icons on my desktop disappear along with my menubar and then the desktop rebuilds itself (without explorer) it is very frustrating and I can't determine the cause

Help?
 
This is becoming quite a popular problem. I'm having the same problem myself and I've tried alot of things to fix this, and No success. I'm hoping an Admin or SOMEONE has a solution for this Annoying problem.
 
I still have this problem...not for the Administrator session, but for the others. Can anyone help me please?? :-
