explorer .exe has generated an error

After installing Adobe Photoshop elements & while using
it iam getting 'explorer.exe has generated an error' it
closes the active application. i have win2000
professional installed. N E help?

Try removing Adobe Photoshop from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs.
Then reboot and reinstall

i have tried that option but no success. anything else??
