Explorer doesn't show file TYPE.

When exploring my files in My Documents I can't get the file type to
display. I made sure that type is checked in View/ Choose Details, but is
just doesn't work.

Can someone help me?

That should have done it. That's all I have to do. I don't know another way
to do it.
