explorer causing errors

I am having a very similar problem as some other posts on
this board... anytime I try to open IE, I get an error...
usually in "bxxs5.dll" or in "kernal32" or "msiesh.dll".
I too have tried various suggestions from HP Help, and
have deleted everything I can think to safely delete,
also running Norton, and Spybot... please help!
