Explorer and fake tool bar from search2000.com

Every time I open up Windows Explorer I end up with a Tool bar on the bottom
of my screen that has a bunch of options that all take me to a site called
search2000.com. The tool bar is anoying and I cannot figure out how to get
ride of it. It does not appear to be running when I look my system with task
manager.

Any one know how to get rid of this
