Sorry for the poor spelling in the previous post - when I start up my
computer Explore (File Directory) automatically starts up - pointed to the
c:\windows\system32 folder. This just started and it is not in the startup
folder. Help! Thanks

Since you didn't post to your original thread, I have no idea of your
spelling quality there. Fuggedaboutit!

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by an
incomplete program removal, in these registry keys:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.

Kelly has instructions on how to use her files at the top of the page where
you found the link to the utility.

Double-check the registry again, do clean-boot troubleshooting, and/or run
Kelly's fix.
