I believe this is the same error I am getting. I get it
at least once a day. Any help on this one?

Do a Search of your harddrive for a file called - pnagent.ex
If it finds it, put it in the recycle bin. It is probably the culprit
Reboot your PC and see if the problem is still there. Also
Download and run it
