Expired Delphi trial version

I started getting 'This module was compiled with a trial
version fo Delphi. The trial period has expired' when I
try accessing 'My Documents', 'My Computer' 'Recycle Bin'
and just about any program provided by XP. I basically
can't see anything on my hard drive. Any ideas would be
appreciated.

Look in task manager and see what's running in the background. Perhaps a
virus scanner or something hooked into the file system.
It's obviously some software written in Delphi. It sure wont be a microsoft
piece of software causing that error!
 
I have just started having this too. I do not know why,
