Expanding/shrinkable text field

Hello and thanks ahead of time for any help. I'm trying to design a text
field for 400 records in Access 2002 that can individually expand and/or
shrink to accomodate anywhere from 1 to 4 lines of text. Some of the records
use up all 255 available character spaces and others use a much smaller
portion. The idea is to eliminate the wasted space of uniform fields that
accomodate the longest records. I am running Windows XP Pro with Service
Pack 2 if that helps.

You can use the can grow or can shrink property in your reports and forms.
