Expand Mail Folders

Running OL 03 and would like to know how do I manage to have my designated
sub-mail folders stay expanded? Everytime I start up OL, they are collapsed,
and I have to manually re-open them everytime, as I use them alot.

Any help would be appreciated!

I am sorry, OL2003 (or any) have this ability to expand (or remember) the
folders on startup.
