Exercises and pseudo components for learning access

Anyone know of stuff available for learning access? Exercises, tutorials,
anything!

Any help appreciated.
 
I clicked on one of them (Queries II: Limit your results and calculate
values) and it had a someone reading the text for the first few pages then
it was just reading. I must be really dumb because I can't just read
something and then go do it. I need to do exercises and have experience.
