I've a BIG problem with one of our win2k servers. All executable files
just don't work when they're executed. The process (???.exe) appears on
the tasklist, but occupy 0% CPU process (no activity at all, even after I
waited for more than one hour).
I've checked the performance and the CPU and memory usage are not up to
the max at all. No performance issue.
But the server itself does run many services in the background (DB2, brio,
domino, etc.) , but the system is not running slow or soever.
