how can i remove error like helcerpt.exe ,nvidoclc.exe from my computer, i
tryied full system scan for viruses with norton also with spyware removal
software but didn't worked thx.

You need to provide more information. What is the system and
configuration, when do the errors occur. What is the exact text of the
