Excluding members of a distribution list

Is it possible to send mail to a Distribution list, but to tell it to
exclude member(s) from that list for this piece of mail?

No. With Outlook 2003, though, you can click the plus sign to the left of
the DL, have OL expand it, and then delete the individual address.
