Exclude file types in System Restore

How do I prevent certain file types from the System Restore?

For example I dont want my interbase databases being
backuped with system restore. It just cuts the performance.

Where do I find the filelist.xml? Its not in the
%windir%\system32\restore folder.

System restore doesn't apply to data files. It only monitors SYSTEM files.
