Exchanging E-mails

My boss would like me to organize his E-mails and his folders in Ouotlook
using my computer not his. How can we transfer all of his E-mails and folders
from his computer to mine and back without having to forward them or upload
them onto an external hard drive. Please someone help me, I am at wit's end!
 
Are you using an Exchange Server in your office? If so, you may be able to
open your boss' mailbox directly from your Outlook.
 
If you could open his PST (Personal Folder) file while he wasn't using it,
you could do it pretty easily. You might need to check the way your systems
are setup...
 
Right, but how do I go about doing that? I do not know how to do it, I know
you can though. My question is how?
