Exchange .pst files to Vista Mail?

I've been looking everywhere and can't figure out how to upload the .pst
files from my previous exchange program to Windows Mail. No way it's not
possible but there doesn't seem to be a methodology to point to data files?
Please help

You will have to install Outlook and set it to use that PST file. Then you
can import into WinMail.
