Outlook is a desktop management program that includes tools to help you
manage messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, and more. Exchange is the
server back-end software that maximizes the functionality of Outlook. Many
features in Outlook need Exchange server. Outlook will lost some functions
in a non-exchange environment.
