Exchange and outlook 2003 Auto configure on first run

Hello all,

I have a 2003 exchange server, and the workstations have mostly outlook 03,
and a few Xp's. Currently, when a user logs on for the first time to their
computer and they open outlook, it asks them for the Exchange address and
their name info. I would like this to be automatic, so they dont have to put
anything. So when they open it for the first time, it autosets up and goes to
their mail. Ive seen this work, but i have no idea how to do it myself. any
help will be apreciatted. Thanks.
