I have a couple of users that are reporting that mail is just vanishing
from their systems. The symptoms are that they will see a new message
appear in their inbox and before they can click it, it vanishes. It is
not in the spam folder or any other folder. Its just gone.
Our spam filter (Baracuda) confirms that an e-mail came in for the
user. However, this also has been happening with internal e-mails.
There event logs show no errors or problems. Only 2 our of 35 users are
experiencing this problem. I'm completely lost on where to look or what
to do. Any advice from Exchange/Outlook guru's?
