Exchange 2003 database backup problem

Everytime I backup exchange server 2003 database whose size is bigger than 15 GB, I get this error below in the middle of the backup process.


"{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \Device\LanmanRedirector. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."

You'd be better off posting this to a more appropriate newsgroup, such as
microsoft.public.exchange.admin
