Exchange 2003 came with Outlook 2002

I have recently installed Exchange 2003 on our server at work. The CDs that
came with the product are dated August 2003, and include Outlook 2002. I
believe you are entitled to install Outlook 2003 if you have an appropriate
Exchange 2003 license, which we do - how do I get hold of Outlook 2003? Can
I download it from the MS website, can I order updated media?
