G Gord Dibben Jan 31, 2004 #2 File>Page Setup>Sheet. Checkmark in "row and column headers". Unfortunately you can't have one without the other. If you need your rows numbered, you can insert a new column A and enter in A1 =Row() then drag/copy down as far as you wish. Gord Dibben Excel MVP
