excel2003(eng. edition) on win2003(eng.edition) - bug ( !, ? )

I use excel 2003 pro(english edition) on window2003 enteprise(english edition).

I've installed multilingual interface pack. And I set language options all
required to

use korean language.

But When I try to work Data --> Pivottabel and PivotChart Report -->
External Data

Source, excel2003 can't recognize filename written korean and can't load data

written in korean. By the way, it works on worksheets.

And excel 2003 pro(english edition) works well on windows XP(korean edition).

This is a bug ?

I have a feeling they never run QA tests on that. Try english filenames.
