Excel11.xlb Questions

As I understand it, Excel11.xlb contains information about any menu bar
or tool bar customization I may have made to them. What other info does
it contain?

And what is its normal location? Mine is in Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel along with an XLSTART
folder.

If I want to have them both apply to all users of the computer, can they
be moved to somewhere in the Office11 folder? No big deal, I can copy
them to the appropriate place in each username folder but why have
multiple copies of identical folders.

Haven't tried this myself, but there is an 'All Users' section in Documents
and Settings, try moving it to there.
