Depending on how fast you need 03, this will work. Call Mircosoft and ask
them for a down grade to 03. You will need to give them the information on
your 07 and they will send you, on CD, 03 down grade. Cost about 15 to 20
bucks. They might even be willing to over night it if you pay the freight. I
did this back when 2000 came out and needed 97 for school.
