It depends how you're set up.
If you have everything on one tab which is then formatted into your pages
then you can't. The print set up including headers is applied to an entire
tab.

If your cover page is on a seperate tab, select that tab only.
Then 'File - Page Setup - Header/Footer'

Select the 'Custom Header/Footer' buttons and delete what you see.
