Hi
if you want to put the data at the bottom of the current data - simply copy & paste
if you want to sum the figures (ie combine A1 of the first sheet with A1 of the second sheet) - copy the first sheet
click on cell A1 of the sheet you're amalgamating them in and choose edit / paste special - ADD .. ok
- please try the above on a copy of your workbook first just to check the results are what you wanted.
if you mean something else please post back with more details - oh, and it's common just to use plain text in these ngs.
