Excel Won't Open

Using Office 2000 Premium with XP Operating System,Was
working Fine but know if I launch Excel the loco comes up
and thats it.Reloaded Office but still have problem.
Please Help!
 
Try Start/Run and type excel.exe /unregserverexcel.exe /regserver
then
excel.exe /regserve
 
Might be a corrupted toolbar file. With Excel closed find your Excel.XLB
and rename or move it. It's usually in:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\
