Excel wont open

I have an excel file that wont open. The name appears in
the directory, and appears to open but nothing comes up on
the screen; although the file name comes up in the title
bar at the top of the window.
 
Your workbook may be hidden. Click on Window; Unhide.
If you find it there, unhide it, then save.
