Excel Window

When I have an excel file open and I open an additional one, my window
bar at the bottom of my screen shows two seperate excel files opened,
can click them and then they become visible.
Some colleagues of mine seem to have different settings: If they ope
an additional excel file there doesn't appear an additional file o
their windows bar,they have to minimize the one tehy are looking at i
order to maximize the other one.

Where can I find this setting so that I can change it just like the wa
it is on my system?

It is under Tools>Options>View and there is a Windows In Taskbar checkbox
that controls it.
