I trust you went to

and didn't find Spanish language listed. I note that neither French nor
German are listed.
Thinking or wondering out loud, does the English version allow you to switch
among Spanish, French, German and English?
It would seem odd that some of the more prominent languages are missing,
which leads me to think that some "versions" might actually cover more than
one language. But I have absolutely no idea.
If you do decide to download the English version to test it out, be sure to
read the installation directions carefully. It states that
"Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation. Note If
you already have a full version of Microsoft Excel installed on your
computer, DO NOT install Microsoft Excel 97 Viewer in the same directory.
Doing so will cause file conflicts. The default folder location in the
installer is c:\Program Files\Xlview."
