Is there a way to set up cross-references to send information from an Excel spreadsheet into specific areas of a word document. Basically it would be entering individual words/sentances in excel and then having them fill in paragraphs in Word

Thanks!!!!!

Select in Excel, then Edit/Paste Special/Link into Word. Read in "help"
more about how this works.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

You need to use Edit/Paste Special, and choose the format "Plain text". What
you're seeing is the Excel CELL gridlines.
