Please Help

Is possible to send a data to MS Access and get data
direct from an MS Access table using VBA in MS Excel ?

Thanks,

Sahak

This might be a help for getting data to and from Excel and Access: It
includes examples of using variables in SQL queries.
http://www.bygsoftware.com/examples/sql.html

Or you can get there from the "Excel with Access Databases" section on page:
http://www.bygsoftware.com/examples/examples.htm

It demonstrates how to use SQL in Excel's VBA to:

* create a database,
* create a table and add data to it,
* select data from a table,
* delete a table,
* delete a database.

You can also download the demonstration file called "excelsql.zip".

The code is open and commented.

Yes - Access and Excel are very compatible. I am not so
well versed in using VB though. Pherhaps if you can
explain exactly what you are trying to do?

Sahak,

Just use the import data from a command in the data
menu. It will allow you to make a query of any access
database as long as you have the database registered in
your ODBC. Once you make this connection, you can use
the query wizard to get any information from an access
table. You can also use excel as a form to export data
into Access and then with cell changes the data imported
will automatically change.
