Excel Text Import Wizard - bug

While usin gthe Text import wizard to import text into another spreadsheet,
when I try to delete a break line or move a break line - I only make more of
them. Is this a bug?
 
The place where you point your mouse and the actual place where the
seperating lines appear are not in sync. To add / remove lines, click
slightly on the left of where you want the action to take place.
