excel template that can add up hours and cost per hour

I am trying to find a template that can add up my colleagues hours ie. start
time and finish time minus any breaks then multiply the resulting hours by a
cost rate per hour.
 
That is just basic arithmetic

start time in A1, end time in B1, total breaks in C1, cost rate per hour in
D1

=(B1-A1-C1)*24*D1
