Excel stops responding when clicking print/print preview

Excel Professional 2000 on a windows XP SP/2 machine stops responding
whenever the print or print preview. Does anyone have any idea what could be
causing this, and how to fix it?
 
Try updating your print drivers. If this doesn't work, search for a file
(possibly hidden) called *.xlb and move it. Excel will create a new one.
It's the toolbar customisation file. If that doesn't work, you can replace
the old one back in and post back
