Excel spreadsheets being deleted

I have Microsoft Outlook at home but I can not receive an attached Excel
spreadsheet with a message. It is ALWAYS deleted from the message. Is there
some tool that needs to be configured properly?

What EXACTLY do you mean by "deleted"? Do you mean the attachment is missing
from the message? Or do you mean that you can't access the file? Or what?
