Excel Spreadsheet and Invoice Forms

I have created a document that will actually create an invoice. I do want to
send this document to my client. I do want them to be able to print the
document. But I don't want it to look like an excel spreadsheet when it is
opened. Can the document be saved to look like the "Print Preview" all of the
time?

You can turn off the row and cloumn headers and turn off the gridlines via
Tools>Options>Window Options. Then you could hide all the unused columns and
rows, but it'll still be a spreadsheet. If your client only needs to print
the invoice and not complete cells within the spreadsheet consider converting
it to a .PDF file

An alternative approach you might find useful is to embed the spreadsheet
in a Word document.

For example, in MS-Word, you can:
Insert > Object > Create from file
and choose the Excel file.

What is it about the spreadsheet you don't want them to see? If it's
gridlines, etc., they can be easily hidden and there are many other ways
with formatting that can make the spreadsheet look as you want.
